To all who read this today, the Town of Iowa will be flying our flags at half-mast. It is my solemn prayer that these senseless tragedies come to an end. It is time for the good people of our country to stand united imploring the depraved, the ungodly to return to respect of all human life, respect for law and order, and to seek God. I pray that we as people can lay down hatred, walk away from harmful rhetoric and make a concerted effort to return to the moral standards prescribed by scripture and follow the example of our founding fathers who built this great nation. We truly are in a battle between good and evil.
